The Banool Studio, South Golden Beach

Relax and unwind at this clean and spacious studio within a short stroll to South Golden Beach, North Byron Shire. The property features a king bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite, free wifi, Netflix, separate well-equipped kitchenette (which includes a double induction stove top and an air fryer), spacious lounge and dining area. The space The studio is attached to the main house but has a private entrance with separate bedroom and kitchen/living space. There is a private outside sitting area and garden that is tranquil and relaxing for an afternoon drink. Crisp white linen is provided along with good quality house and beach towels. The house is great for couples or solo adventurers. This is a non-smoking house. A Nespresso coffee machine and tea is provided along with basic condiments. The beautiful and pristine beach at South Golden is a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. A bus stop is located at the bottom of the street for public transport/shuttle buses to festivals, Byron Bay, Ocean Shores and Brunswick Heads. The studio shares a wall with our family home. We have a young child who can be up early. He is delightful and happy, and at times could be playing in the side garden. We also have a small friendly dog that is enclosed within a fenced yard. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to the studio. Off street parking is available on a fully paved parking area at the front of the property. Other things to note Bed linen, bath linen, beach towels and tea towels are supplied. We are high on a hill with views to the ocean and a nature reserve at the back of the property. We have lots of birdlife and wildlife visit our garden. The house is in a family focused neighbourhood which is quiet and respectful.
