The space Two living spaces, an eat-in kitchen, and a sunny office are on the main level of this home, along with bedroom 1 and the large two room full bath with a clawfoot tub and walk in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs with the half bath and loft. The lower level is a third casual living space, the 4th bedroom and an unfinished stone laundry/utility room. The home also has a finished two stall garage, a furnished deck and grill, as well as a fire pit with wood and yard games for your use. The corner lot yard is framed by a privacy fence to the side and an alley behind and is in a friendly, peaceful and active neighborhood. Guest access The entire home is available to guests with a few small exceptions: the locked 4th bedroom closet, a kitchen cabinet above the fridge (zip tied shut), the locked garage storage areas, and the cistern area within the original 1880 portion of the basement, which is blocked by a baby gate. In the past this area stored water from the well and is now used for storing home maintenance supplies. There is also a portion of the second garage stall being used to store yard equipment, and occasionally our camper is stored by the alley at the far end of the backyard. Other things to note Because the staircase leading upstairs is in the original portion of the home, it is a little steeper and more narrow and has a unique railing setup. It is shown in pictures. We’ve installed two retractable baby gates to block access from bedrooms and provided a nightlight and lamp in the hall so you can see everything well, even at night.
