Winter Premium Cottage

The Winter Chalet is an accommodation located inside the Chateau la Villette inn, with all the charm of lodging on the top of the mountain. In its vicinity, there is a private pool, sauna, large gourmet area, barbecue area and all the comfort and hotel standards. In addition to having 3 very cozy suites, one Master suite with approximately 80 m², and two smaller suites with around 25 m², one with the capacity of a couple and another for up to 4 people. The space Hello, I am Luiz Rozette, a lawyer and owner of this wonderful Chalet that is 1.5 km from downtown Capivari, with nearby hiking areas and a helipad (courtesy for guests). I am also the owner of 2 renovated establishments, Pousada Chateau La Villette, which is an authentic European Chateau, a maximum stone in the renowned Roteiros de Charme association, and a renowned restaurant that is in the intimate Pousada Le Foyer, contemporary, and belongs to the Associação da Boa Lembrança, which has 99 renowned restaurants in Brazil! This Chalet was my residence, and I decided to share this experience with my guests. This luxurious chalet has 3 Suites, the Master Suite being over 100 m², with a balcony with a view of the mountains, a Fireplace, 1 Suite that accommodates 1 couple plus 2 singles, and the third suite for a couple. It has a very large living room with a fireplace and smart TV, a game table, and an equipped gourmet kitchen. Equipped barbecue grill, with wood stove, heated outdoor whirlpool overlooking the mountains, sauna, covered garage, including housekeeping service, breakfast, afternoon tea, we have an employee from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (exclusive) and concierge services. Your pet is very welcome (see fee) Independent entrance and free access to Pousada Chateau La Villette with restaurant facilities and all the services it offers. A 10% resort fee is charged, which is passed on to employees for the services provided.
