Summer you will enjoy fruit trees and a fire pit. Below is a basement with separate outside entrance. Other AirBnb guests may be downstairs. An interior locked door from your side is between your area and the basement. AirBnB owners live near & is available. The space *This is an entirely private ground floor of the home. Room 3 has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. Bunk bed: Warning: Top bunk IS NOT for kids 6 or younger. The bed company warns the top bunk can only hold up to 175lbs, is for a child only because of weight/safety. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. One is connected inside the bedroom (master) and a second bathroom is in the hallway. Downstairs: Below your unit on the ground floor is a downstairs/basement with a separate outside entrance. Owners or other AirBnb guests may be downstairs. There is a locked interior door between your units and you control the lock. Patio/Deck: Private for your use. Backyard: Shared use with any other AirBnB guests that may be staying downstairs. Driveway/Street parking: Shared use with any other AirBnB guests that may be staying downstairs. It is in the downstairs/basement and shared if other airbnb guests are downstairs. 3. The bunk bed includes one double bed and one twin bed. The twin bed is the top bunk and limited to kids.
