Our cozy home is nestled in the serene gated community of Montego West Village. We are minutes from the Fairview Shopping Center & eatery such as KFC & Bellefield Restaurant. Indulge in the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea. Stay cool & comfortable with AC in both bedrooms & enjoy modern amenities such as water heater, Wi-Fi, cable TV & on-site parking. We eagerly await the opportunity to host you & your loved ones for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay The space Lobelia Place is a 2-bedroom bungalow that sits on approximately 4000 sq ft of land. The house is 755 sq ft. 1. Bedroom #1 has AC installed, a queen size bed, dresser, night table with a lamp & a full-length standing mirror. There is a walk-in closet with clothes hangers and extra towels. 2. Bedroom #2 has AC installed, a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, & night table with a lamp. There is a walk-in closet with clothes hangers, extra pillows and both a iron & ironing board. 3. Our full Bathroom has a bathtub. Towels & basic toiletries are provided. First aid supplies are stored in the bathroom vanity. 4. Our full Kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove with oven attached, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, pots, plates, cups & utensils. Tea, coffee & creamer are provided complimentary. 5. The dining area is situated between the kitchen and living room and hosts a dining table & chairs that seats four (4) persons. 6. The living room has a portable fan, an L-shaped couch, 2 side tables, & a 55-inch smart TV. Both cable & internet are accessible. Internet speed is 150 mbps download & 150 mbps upload. 7. Outside - The porch has a 3 piece patio set. There is a paved driveway that can park three (3) vehicles. One side of the house is paved & the other has a reserved water tank and banana trees. The back of the house is open land. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and yard space. Other things to note We are excited to have you stay with us and experience the beauty of our tropical paradise. Please be aware that our property is located in a tropical environment, and as such, it is possible to encounter various local wildlife during your stay. This may include bugs, lizards, termites, butterflies, spiders, grasshoppers, crickets, sandflies, ants, mosquitoes, and cockroaches. While we take measures to minimize their presence, it is impossible to eliminate some of them completely. We strive to keep our property clean and well-maintained to minimize any inconvenience, here are a few tips to help you enjoy and prepare for your stay and ensure a comfortable stay: 1. Use insect repellent, especially during the evening hours. 2. Keep food sealed and stored properly to avoid attracting insects 3.
