Welcome to Pinetop!!! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom retreat is nestled in the scenic community of Pine Top. This home features it all – central heating and A/C, a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and a garage filled with tons of games! This newly renovated cabin sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level of the home features a large and spacious living room with 2 couches, 2 chairs and is equipped with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking and baking needs, and a 6-foot dining table with 8 chairs for fun family dinners and game nights! The main level also features the primary bedroom which has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a 50” smart tv, a dresser for storage, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity, oversized shower and walk in closet. The upper level of the home features two additional bedrooms and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen beds, 2 nightstands and a 50” smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk (stacked 3 high) and sleeps 6 people!!! For guests that plan to have longer stays, there is a full-size washer and dryer available for use. The laundry room is located inside the home with a door leading in/out of the two-car garage. The home features a beautiful outdoor deck. The is located off the dining room and comes complete with patio furniture and a BBQ. The firepit is located on the left side of the property and is equipped with lounge chairs for relaxing evenings and smores nights. This home is also equipped with high-speed internet! The WIFI password will be posted in many areas throughout the home. Guest access Guests will use the outdoor staircase which leads to the front door which enters into the main living area. The front door has a smart lock on the handle and you will be provided a personalized door code to use to access/enter the home curing your stay. You may park your vehicles in the dedicated property driveway. Other things to note This mountain oasis is close to so many other attractions such as Sunrise Park Resort, Pinetop Lakes Public Golf Course, white mountain family fun park, Horseback riding stables, and so many other restaurants, shops and cafes. Winter weather may bring snow. Please note that we do not accept any liability if you’re snowed in/out, experience loss of power, road closures, or other issues out of the host's control. Power outages may happen due to weather, utilities shut off, etc. If you book the cabin you are accepting these possibilities and will not receive a refund. We recommend all guests get their own trip insurance if you are concerned about these possibilities. We also recommend all guests carry chains in the winter. Please note that snow is not removed from the property by the hosts. However, shovels are provided for guests.
