Cozy house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the former bread oven of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to kayaking or fishing. The fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset! The space Yard: - A very large private outdoor garden for you & a shared garden to cross when arriving in the area - River access for kayaking on site. A kayak and life jackets are at your disposal. - The garden is equipped with a hammock, a barbecue, garden furniture with a brazier. - You have direct access to the river from your terrace Home: - Bright and carefully decorated single-story house - A large living room accommodates a lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed, electric fireplace, TV - A fully equipped kitchen, utensils and dishes, ceramic stovetops, range hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (we provide you with some capsules), fridge with built-in freezer. - A dining area with a bar and 2 comfortable chairs. - The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, bathtub and toilet. - On the mezzanine, a large bedroom area with a double bed. - The house is equipped with WiFi. At your disposal on site: - A pétanque court 1 min walk away. We have pétanque balls if you need them - A playground for children 1 min walk away - A fishing rod. Fishermen are welcome - Several bikes of different sizes for a couple or children's outing Guest access Most of the time our guests leave their cars parked on the street (it's a quiet street without much traffic). But it is also possible to park in the shared garden or leave your motorcycle under the courtyard at the entrance.
