Peaceful Room Perfect for Female Travel Nurse

Walking distance to ChristianaCare Hospital, the Brandywine River (trail along river), Brandywine Zoo, coffeehouse, and several restaurants. Twin house built in 1904, located in historic Brandywine Village, with covered front porch and patio/small backyard. Lovely neighbors, peaceful street. Clean, safe, and clutter-free home. Females only please, as you will be sharing the house with myself and my 7 year old daughter. Walking distance to bus stops that serve Rts. 35, 18, 2, 25, 11, 9 & 13. The space The bedroom is furnished with queen bed, small dresser, closet, and nightstand. The house has central air which works great on the first floor, but because it's an old house, the bedroom also has a Window AC unit for summer and space heater in winter, to use as needed. Also, for anyone who has allergies or aversions, know that we have a one-year-old indoor cat. Guest access Shared upstairs bathroom with shower/tub, kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/drier, downstairs powder room. Use of front porch and backyard w/ patio & hammock. Street parking. During your stay I am a teacher and a single mom of a six-year-old girl. During the school year, we get up at 7am, are out of the house by 7am, home by 4pm, and she's to bed by 7:30pm. We are respectful and considerate hosts, but because it is an old house, sound carries. You'd have the house to yourself during the day, but I am seeking a respectful and quiet professional who would work well with our hours. Other things to note 20% discount for health care workers in long-term stays. I can offer a clean, safe, and peaceful space to come home to after working long hours. For those long-term stays with cars, I can help you apply for a residential parking permit for our street. Our home is the perfect home away from home for travel nurses.
