Enjoy local coffee, shops, and local country stores One hour from Harrisburg One hour and 15 minutes from Philadelphia 2 miles from Pennsylvania Turnpike The space A fully renovated, furnished basement apartment, with a private keyless entry. Tons of natural light pour through the windows, giving the space a light and airy feel. This space boasts two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Attached to the first bedroom is a private nursery with a pack & play, and toys and books, for your littles. (floor mat available upon request before you arrive) Across the hall, we have a full bathroom, with a shower and tub combo, and is stocked with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for guests to use. Enjoy access to central air & heating, wifi, and a smart TV in the living room. A fully functional kitchen is included with a microwave, refrigerator, electric skillet, oven, and a Kuerigg coffee maker. A round table anchors the dining space, with four place settings. Dining utensils, such as plates, plasticware, and cups are provided, in case you prefer to eat in. To request the patio, please notify me beforehand. Guest access Enjoy a big backyard backed up to a fenced in area with cattle. Other things to note *A space for your vehicle will be marked off with an orange cone. *To access the private door, please follow the stone path around the house, that will lead you to the door. If you arrive at night, your pathway will be lit with lights so you can easily see. *We do have cattle, we kindly ask that you stay behind the fence, to keep you and the cattle safe. If the animals come to you, you can touch them at your own risk, but we are not liable for any injuries. **NO SMOKING in or outside the property - including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or cannibis. There will be a $500 fine for smoking on the property outdoors, and a $2000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside. Your stay will also be terminated. *Please no pets allowed *No additional guests.
