Cozy rooms with double beds and private bathrooms, very central location: you will be immersed in the beauty of the city. The property is a 10-minute walk from the hospital, a stone's throw from the university, the historic center, and the nightlife area. You will find culture, excellent restaurants and trendy clubs, while having a very quiet and reserved accommodation. New and recently renovated B&B. The space The apartment has an entrance from a private internal courtyard and consists of 3 rooms, each with a private bathroom with direct access. It is located on the ground floor, but to access the inner courtyard there is a flight of stairs. There is a living area, which could sometimes be shared with other guests, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and American coffee machine. THE B&B IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A STOVE. Tea, herbal teas, milk, coffee, and packaged products such as rusks, biscuits, croissants, and jam are available for breakfast. Guest access In addition to your room, you will have access to the living area and the outdoor courtyard. During your stay You can self check-in via the loocker. Throughout your stay, you will have the opportunity to contact me or my co-host Lisa for anything you may need. Other things to note The accommodation tax of 1 euro per night, per person, is to be paid on site upon arrival. This fee applies from the age of 14. Payment must be made in cash.
