Location: Leafy quiet suburb. 8mn by tram to restaurants, cafes, shop, supermarket, Swinburne University, local library and parks. Guest access In addition to your bedroom and bathroom, you will have access to: - coffee/tea making facilities in the common kitchen. - Unfortunately there is no cooking facilities. - swimming pool for your own use only - no external guests please.
