The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuable of the guest Essentials Please note that essentials such as towels, toilet paper, and bedsheets are provided. NetFlix Netflix will be available for your viewing during your stay. The Netflix does not log off even if the router is reset. If the account is logged off during your stay for whatever reason, the password will not be provided for the reminder of your stay. We will not be logging you into Netflix during the rest of the stay. Servicing of the Unit For guests staying for 5 nights or more, cleaning of the unit is compulsory and payable by the guest Garbage collection Garbage collection is between the following times. Daily 7-8 am 8-9 pm Building maintenance will knock on the door for the collections. If you miss these times you may leave the garbage at basement 1. Please do not leave garbage outside your door for collections.
