Three minute drive from downtown Sterling, easy access to I-76. Pets allowed with one time $25 pet fee. The space This charming bungalow opens into a spacious living room. Arched doorways lead to a bedroom, a private office with double desk, and a kitchen with all the amenities. Full bathroom includes shower and tub, mud room off the kitchen opens to the back yard, perfect for dogs or kids to get out into the yard. Guest access The entire home and fenced yard are your spaces. Please do not attempt to access the locked shed in the yard, this is where I store my personal belongings while I am not home. Other things to note This has been my personal home, the books inside are my personal collection. Many of the books were inherited from my grandfathers library. Please enjoy the books to your heart’s content while you stay, and thank you so much for leaving them behind when you leave so my library stays intact.
