Mission Viejo STR Tax Cert #P000059 The space We provide a quiet, private, and clean one bedroom one bathroom space with a small kitchenette for your comfort. Our dog will bark briefly when you enter the gate but he will be inside the main house and is quiet all other times. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom were remodeled in 2024 with a tub and shower. You are welcome to use our washer and dryer on request. We provide an outside seating area with two chairs and a side table. Please let us know at least a half hour in advance of using the hot tub so we can turn it on and give it time to heat up. We are available on site most of the time and would be happy to help make you feel at home! Guest access Parking on the street or in our driveway. Enter through the main gate at the front of the house. On the side is a lighted walkway that leads to the back of the house to your private entrance. Self check-in anytime after 3 PM, there is a lockbox next to your suite entrance. During your stay We are a quiet couple who are often home and available to help with any requests or needs that may arise. We are available through text or just come and knock on the front door! Other things to note In the backyard area safe water rules must be followed and noise is at a respectful level for the neighbors. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. The very close neighborhood park has picnics tables and a nice view, and can be used if you just gotta have a smoke/vape. Park in the driveway (your reserved spot) or on the side street where there is ample free parking. Please do not park in front of the neighbors houses.
