We have CATS. Clean Private Room on the Main Floor, with a Double/Full size bed, beddings, high speed Internet, desk & a chair, TV, small fridge & freezer & a closet. Bathroom & Kitchen for LIGHT cookings are shared among guests. Near Cabana West & Dougal! Very near to St Clair College, Tim Hortons, Bus Stop, Walmart, McDonald’s, Banks & US Border Free Street Parking 5 min walk to Bus Stop 15 min drive to Riverside & US Border Laundry: $5 one load wash+dry No Smoking! Use Backyard only The space This is a large house with 4 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 full bathroom, 2 half baths, a Full Kitchen & a Kitchenette. For arriving after 10 PM, make sure to RECONFIRM with me First. Our basement unit has HOSTEL Style beds with 3 bathrooms & a kitchenette. One unit is mainly used by men/boys & the other unit mainly females/girls. Based on the number of bookings, we might need to mix some like a Co/Ed Hostel to accommodate the other guests’ requests. Kitchen must only be used for LIGHT cookings for a short while so that everyone can use it, and as we have different guests always, plz make sure not to make spicy foods that their smell might bother’s some with breathing issues & stuff! Kitchen is closed after 10 PM We have Cats, hope you are allergy free. Cats will not enter your private room if you keep the door closed We are located in a very safe & quiet South Windsor neighborhood, Near Cabana West & Dougal intersection, that means 15-20 min drive to downtown and US Border, University of Windsor & Battery Plant. If you don’t drive or need to be near downtown, you should find something near there. We are in WAlKING DISTANCE to bus stops, St Clair College, Tim Hortons, McDonald’s & other Fast Foods, Beer Store, Dollarama, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmart, Banks, Hair Salons, Gas Stations & Golf Club Devonshire Mall, Outlet Mall & Tecumseh Mall, FreshCo, Zehrs, Superstore, Food Basics and Walk-in Clinics are all 5-10 min drive away. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house, you can use the backyard to smoke! Please avoid smoking near the building, in front of the house or bedroom windows from inside or outside. Plz make sure to have your ear plugs if you are sensitive to sounds Also make sure to use a headset when talking on the phone or watching something after 10 PM. Our quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM Guest access Guests mainly do Self-Checkin Please refer to the Instructions that will be sent to you for check-in. If you are arriving after 10 PM, make sure to RECONFIRM with me first. You will be able to find the signs & directions on the walls. Just follow them . Please do NOT ENTER to places that are labeled as PRIVATE! Please do NOT open the doors that are labeled as PRIVATE! You can use the BACKYARD for smoking or changing Air. Please do not use the KITCHEN after 10 PM. You can use the bathroom on the main floor, and the other 3 bathrooms in the basement. During your stay I prefer to use the Airbnb App. If you have issue using the app, you can always TEXT me on my mobile starting your text with this phrase of “Airbnb Guest” I am very much introverted & barely talk. I usually have my AirPods on, listening to Audio Books & stuff, so If you see me not responding to your talking, probably I am not hearing you, you might need to wave then to get my attention when you have a question! Other things to note Regular Checkin Time is between 3-10 PM. For arriving after 10 PM, please make sure to RECONFIRM with me FIRST. If you are traveling with children or pets, please only book a private room. Hostel Beds are not suitable for children & pets. Lights will be off after 10 PM as Quiet Hours are between 10 PM to 7 AM. You might need to use your phone’s light to go around. Please do not touch the cats to avoid unwanted incidents. There is an extra fee for each visitor that you bring here. Make sure that Airbnb has verified the ID of your visitor. There is an extra fee for each pet that is staying here with you.
