The apartment is 60 m², it is on the 5th floor with elevator, very sunny and bright, lots of plants, a bathtub, a washing machine, lots of kitchen appliances, a huge terrace, a hammock, a plancha and lots of cushions (not always outside). The bedroom (bed 160x200) overlooks the 90 m² terrace (only accessible from the apartment). A 140 x 200 sofa bed is in the living room. Free and secure parking is in the basement. The space It is located in a large secure pedestrian residence, closed at night by code with very friendly guards. Close to metro line 7, a velib station and Rosa Parks RER station.
