Porta cot and highchair can be provided upon request for small hire fee. This is a brand new home and most furnishings and electronics are brand new. Downstairs Offerings: -Entry Hallway and place to store shoes -Full size kitchen is where you will be welcomed with house manual with helpful tips. The kitchen offerings include Smeg Oven and cooktop, Smeg dishwasher, Cooking utensils & accessories, cutlery, plates, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, pots and pans. Plus children's plates, bowls, cups. Microwave, toaster, kettle. Instant coffee, tea, sugar, milk provided. Cleaning supplies. Fridge with plumbed filtered water dispense and ice cube maker. Plenty of spare cupboards for further storage. -Large laundry and combined butlers pantry. Please note there is a designated cupboard off limits to guests, however more than enough cupboards for guest use. Quality washing machine and dryer available for guests plus laundry detergent provided for your convenience. -Dining area includes large table to seat 8 people -Lounge area includes brand new 75 inch TV, various apps, access to Wi-Fi, Netflix, books. Children's activities can be provided upon request at no charge. - Leading from the lounge onto the enclosed outdoor dining area. The large sliding doors can be fully opened to create one large space combined with the lounge and dining or leave the large screen doors shut to enjoy the breeze. The BBQ area is weather protected whilst enjoying the outdoors with a further electronic blind which fully encloses the outdoor space to block out afternoon sun/ rain / cooler / warmer temperatures etc. There is a ceiling fan for further comfort. BBQ available to guests with BBQ tools and extraction exhaust - this must be turned on first to then turn bbq on. The rear yard features a turf area and a patio area. Upstairs Offerings: -Master Bedroom is spacious with a King size bed. Large closet storage with hangers + additional walk-in closet space. Private ensuite bathroom with lots of vanity storage, toilet and luxurious waterfall shower. Full length mirror, bedside tables with lamps. Block out blinds and sheer curtains. -Bed 2 offers a queen size bed, brand new 32 inch wall mounted TV, large wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables with lamps. -Bed 3 offers 2 single beds, brand new 32 inch wall mounted TV, large wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables with lamps. -Main bathroom features full size bath with bath crystals and soap provided with a caddy for reading, iPad, wine etc. Vanity with lots of storage. Shower with waterfall shower head. Separate toilet room. Upstairs hallway provides additional linen cupboard for guest use. Please note there are no baby gates for the top or bottom. Central heating and cooling is brand new and provided throughout the home. Alarm system and external entry security camera along with private driveway and gated electronic gate entry make for a safe and comfortable stay. Please note there are neighbors in adjoining property next door. Property is a 2 storey home - with wall sharing next door property. These properties are separate in every other way and both enjoy their own privacy. Parking available for 1 vehicles maximum in front of garage at entry to the home - secure behind electronic gates at end of private driveway, Garage not included in the listing. Additional carparking available on side street. Guest access Access and use of Full home accept the following - please note Garage is not part of the booking. There is secure parking in front of garage for x2 cars - cars must be parked side by side - large front yard protected by private driveway and electronic security gates. Other things to note This is a 2 storey home with all sleeping areas on the 2nd floor with internal stair access. There are no baby gates and guests must be cautious with small children.
