The space The space Northwynds is a 3-story townhome community in a peaceful neighborhood just steps from the gorgeous Columbia River. The main bedrooms with queen beds are on the 3rd floor, along with both full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and a stone shower. The bathroom off the hallway is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a brand new, efficient washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have new, very comfortable mattresses and are equipped with an Amazon Firestick for entertainment. The middle floor is the main living space—the living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a balcony. Kitchen is fully stocked and has plentiful appliances as well as a coffee station with many ways to make your morning cup of coffee! The living room TV also has an Amazon Firestick installed, a fireplace that is perfect for cozy movie nights, some board games, and beautiful and comfortable furniture. The space is very chic and it's our hope that you feel right at home! Guest access Guest access You'll get to access the entire unit (aside from the downstairs spare room that is empty). This includes 2 bedrooms with closets, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, living room, and a balcony with a small grill. You will also have access to the community fitness center, Outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub. Details about how to access them and the times they are available are updated in the house manual that you will receive upon check-in. One parking stall is available inside the garage. A parking permit is required for all vehicles parked within the community, including directly in front of the garage. If you need additional parking beyond the garage, ample parking is available outside the complex on the adjacent main roads. The closest parking is on Columbia Way in front of McMenamins Restaurant. Walk under the arbor, straight to the front door of unit 725 on the left (the key fob is needed for this entrance from the street). Other things to note Other things to note You will originally access the house through a smart lock on the back door, it will let you into the garage where you will also find other amenities available for you to use - 2 beach cruiser bikes, a bike pump and a beach wagon ready to go. On the main floor you will also find a key for the front door lock, a key FOB that will grant access to all pool/spa areas as well as locked gates into the community from the waterfront, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board along with cleaning supplies and extra paper towels and toilet paper.
