(No boats included with rental - bring your own and use the private launch). The space Open concept. Newly landscaped. Well water. Three bedrooms - one featuring bunk beds (top bunk max 200lbs). Curtains in all bedrooms. There is a pack-n-play onsite for infant sleep arrangements. One full bath with tub/shower, one 1/2 bath. Large capacity washer dryer onsite. Fully outfitted kitchen for home cooked meals. Highchair and booster seat onsite. Potty training potty available. Grill onsite. Beautiful updated deck with private scenic views. Indoor wood burning fireplace. Outdoor fire pit. Guest access Guests can use the parking spots in front of the house, the house itself, deck and back yard. Onsite lake access. Short walk off the deck (less than a minute) to the lake!! Guests will use an easement to reach the water and the shore to launch kayaks, the paddle board, etc. There are two kayak carts and a boat dolly onsite to assist with bringing items to the water. Guests really enjoy the water toys for exploring our lake and wildness and then visit South Haven Lake Michigan for beach days! (Just 10 minutes from the Great Lake) Summer water toys and outdoor seating are available May - end of October; then stored for winter. ** Guests are not to use any of the neighbors’ equipment. The dock and sand beach next door (red house) by the water is off limits- guests cannot use neighbors’ property.
