The space Upscale Hillcrest Duplex - Unit A is the front side of a DUPLEX with 1 shared wall between units -professionally soundproofed but loud noises can be heard. 2 Bedrooms 1 bath. Kitchen is fully equipped Dining room seats 4 or 6 Living room seats 5. Shared Laundry room Street Parking directly in front of yard. The Jack-n-Jill bath has Bluetooth speakers in the shower. You have full access to the 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. The laundry room is shared space only with guests in Unit B. Other things to note If both units are occupied please be considerate with your neighbor. If you need help communicating with the other guests, just let us know & we will help to resolve issues. Every Wednesday at noon the weather sirens are tested. It only last for a minute or two. It is loud, you can’t miss it. If the siren goes off at another time please stay in the bathroom. That is the safest place in your unit. Trash pick up is Wednesday, recycle is every other Wednesday. The cans are stored in back. William will bring yard debris cans to the street for pick up on Thursday. We will return the cans next time we stop by. If you want to help or need the parking space you can return them once empty. Yard cans are stored by the A/C unit on left side of duplex. During warm months, the mowing will not begin before 9 am or after 7 pm. Laundry is shared: Please clean lint filter in dryer after every load. Don’t leave clothes in machines. Don’t leave your clothes hanging on copper pole. Don’t open windows it’s heated & A/C space.
