Nice & calm place very close to downtown and river

This place is very close to the historic city of Fredericksburg, we enjoy the 4 season here. we are located almost one hour to Washington DC and one hour to Dulles International Airport. People are friendly here, the city is developing and host a lot of tourists and business people. commute is easy here too, Uber and lyft is always available and easy to catch. My place is located walking distance to a lot of good stuff including a beautiful river. I would be enjoying to host my guests everyday. The space I don't have handicap accessibility. During your stay I can be reached almost anytime during the day.
