The living area includes a sectional that converts into a full size bed for an additional sleeping area option. Enjoy new flooring, fresh paint, and new windows and doors in this apartment that was just remodeled in 2024. The kitchen cabinetry and appliances are all new, as well as a majority of the bathroom fixtures and bedroom furnishings. Guest access Guests will have their own private entrance from the side of the house, which features a smart deadbolt lock. Within the private apartment, guest will have access to their own private kitchen and living space, private bedroom with working space, and private bathroom. A shared laundry/storage area is available for use if needed. Other things to note The utility closet for the house is located in the bathroom of the apartment. When the furnace or AC is running, it can be heard throughout the space. It sounds much like white noise, but you can still easily have conversations.
