Room for university student/short stay

Luis and I are a married couple of academics accustomed to hosting foreign professors and students. The room features a single bed, street-facing window, desk, and closet. The apartment is very comfortable, hygienic, tidy and with a nice family atmosphere, friendship and study. It is in the city center (12th and 46th streets), three blocks from Central Plaza and a few blocks from the Faculties area. There is access to the kitchen, tableware, two bathrooms (master and guest), laundry room, and terrace. The space Perfect for students, teachers, academics or people who come to study, work or get to know the city and reside for a short stay. Guest access You can access the kitchen, dishes, washing machine, two bathrooms, hot water, electricity, natural gas, Wi-Fi, terrace. They have time freedom because we give them the keys. During your stay We provide information to guests about orientation in the city and at the University, about the public transportation system, events in the city, procedures, documentation, and shopping. We speak Spanish, English, and German. Other things to note Access to the apartment is by stairs.
