The suite is right in the center of San Juan. You have easy access to the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge, which takes you to Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in no time. You’ll be surrounded by medical centers, the island's main malls, restaurants, concert venues, cultural activities, and nightlife. The space Our modern & cozy Privy Suite has a capacity of up to 3 people. You have the privilege of enjoying a terrace that is away from the pool, creating a more private outdoor space. It features a sofa bed with twin size gel foam mattress located in the living room. To ensure comfort and safety, a child under 12 years old using the sofa bed for sleeping should measure a maximum of 4 feet 11 inches (approximately 1.50 meters). There is also a queen bed with a cooling gel memory foam topper in the adults' master bedroom. The Bathroom includes body wash, hair shampoo and conditioning, face towel, hand towel and body towel, wrinkle spray and steam iron for your fabric, odor spray, back up toilet paper. The Shower Head and hand shower have 4 Spray Settings: PowerDrench spray, PowerDrench spray with massage, massaging spray and pause. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, brown cane sugar, ground coffee, powdered milk, salt, seasoning, and pepper. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water for your convenience. Enjoy a dining area and a room table to work. Additionally, you can enjoy the pool (with a depth of 2-4.5 feet), have fun game in the cool jacuzzi (ideal for kids and pregnant mothers), or relax in the hot jacuzzi for adults. Guest access -Parking: Access parking lot. 1 car per suite and is labeled for Privy Suites. Any additional car must park on the curb without obstructing the entrance and exit of neighbors. - Private Spaces for Privy Suite: Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private entrance of the suite, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. - Key Access: Check-in or Check-out is done at the outdoor porch. For safety protocol, the key box code will be provided to you when you arrive at the porch door at any flexible time after 3:00 p.m. The host will confirm and register your arrival remotely through the exterior camera on the porch and will provide written assistance in the chat if the guest communicates any issues. Access a lock box with physical key that has a unique design, ensure that no key duplication occurs. In case of key loss, the lock will need to be replaced. Please note that no cleaning staff will enter your suite until you return the keys in the lockbox for security and privacy reasons, and only after the check-out time has been completed. Our staff has access only to the key for the exterior porch to clean the shared amenities and access maintenance machines and inventory. - Shared Amenities: You will also enjoy access to shared amenities which include a pool area, used by guests from 2 additional suites on the property, which are actually separate houses that we refer to as suites. In the pool area, you can relax on comfortable sofas and sun beds. There is a terrace for gatherings, a jacuzzi, designated smoking area, a hammock, a BBQ for outdoor cooking, and a patio with umbrellas for enjoying the fresh air and games.
