Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide you with an unparalleled experience that combines absolute comfort and sophisticated aesthetics. Our 2 chalets can accommodate up to 20 people, with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The two fully equipped kitchens will make your stay easier. The outdoor space is great to relax. Let yourself be captivated by the beauty of the surrounding nature as you relax in a serene setting. The chalet is equipped with radiant heated floors on the ground level, providing a cozy and enveloping warmth throughout your stay. Air conditioning ensures pleasant freshness on hot days. Guest access ✦ You will have access to both Chalet Majesta & and Lumina and their outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces. Other things to note *WARNING* The chalets are located in a new area, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4 wheel drive car with winter tires in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow. ⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $120 extra cleaning fee + fees. *SOUND DEVICE and CAMERAS* In addition to a security camera outside (only) pointing to the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device inside and outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio. *OUTSIDE FIREPLACE* The fire pit is accessible from May 1st to November 15th *WATER ACCESS* Available May 15th-October 15th *CAMERAS* Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. *TV* We have smart TVs in the chalets, but do not offer cable channels. *FIREPLACE* There are a wood fireplace at your disposal, in our chalet. You have to bring your own wood as well as your kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting. *BATHROOMS* **Make sure not to throw any baby wipes, condoms, tampons or others in the toilet, it will block our septic system which will stop functioning. A $1500 extra fee will be charged if you don’t use our toilets properly.
