Welcome to our cozy studio on the water, the place to relax and enjoy the fresh spring and colorful tulip fields. Enjoy your coffee on the jetty in the morning sun or discover the blooming bulb fields and the historic center from Hoorn. Hoorn is 10 minutes away, and the polder garden in Anna Paulowna is 45 minutes away by car. Alkmaar, Amsterdam are also lively and full of charm in the spring. Breakfast from €15 p.p. (optional to book). The space Description of the studio – winter edition The studio has its own entrance with a hall that gives access to the bathroom. It is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer and various care products such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels. In the main room there is a comfortable bed of 2.00 x 1.80 meters with a luxurious topper. You will also find a movable table, a nice sofa to relax, and a television. There are also board games available. The kitchen is in the same room and is equipped with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, oven/microwave and an egg cooker. Please note: there is no stove. For storing clothes, drawers are available, and in the second hall towards the garden, there is extra space to hang clothes. The garden is shared and is right on the water. Guest access You have your own entrance and therefore enjoy complete privacy. The studio is all to yourself, with unobstructed views of the water and without prying eyes. You are warmly welcome in our fenced garden with jetty. Even in winter, a great place to be outside, relax or enjoy the rural feeling. There is good public transportation nearby with direct connections to Amsterdam, Hoorn, Alkmaar and Utrecht, among others, ideal for a day in the city. When we are at home, you share the garden with us and our two dogs. Our dogs (Chino & Tira) are friendly, but can be a bit insecure with new people. They sometimes bark for a while, but as soon as they notice that it is okay, they automatically calm down. Feel free to ignore them in the beginning, that helps the most.
