Characterful house near Bath, Wells & Bristol

Our characterful family home is set up to make you welcome. You will be away from the hustle and bustle within your own side of the house with private entrance. You will have your own facilities (kettle, fridge and microwave) but no kitchen. Perfect for holidays in Somerset, within easy reach of beautiful walking, villages, cities and places of interest. We are often able to host a meal with you if we are around. The space The house holds centuries of stories, dating from the 17th century. It is an oasis once you turn off the main road through the village, much enjoyed by our young family and energetic, loving dog. Benefit from the garden plus free parking for one car on the driveway. Guest access The private entrance from the garden leads to a comfortable lounge with log burner; the double sofa-bed is set up here as required. Head upstairs to the spacious en-suite bedroom with king-size bed. **Note: as there is no additional bathroom, the space is most suitable for those who are happy to share the en-suite.** During your stay I am always available through the app and one of us is usually around the house. Other things to note WiFi is available but no TV. We will always do what we can to help you and cater for your requirements. Possible 'extras': - prepared shared meals - lifts to/from local events - extra logs for fire-pit / log-burner
