This historic loft is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market (12th and Howard). The suite includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms featuring modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown hotels, restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena. The space In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and king bed with great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a king bed as well. The living room space features ample seating along with a bar-height table and stools. For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable. The full kitchen, with solid surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking. Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade. Guest access Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance. For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
