Guest access This listing encompasses the entire first floor of our independent house, offering a private entrance. While the homestay itself is private, the compound has other tenants. There's ample parking for one car, and we kindly ask that guests park considerately, allowing space for other residents' vehicles. We are happy for guests to access and utilize the entire listing and all its amenities, responsibly. Other things to note Relax and Feel at Home We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours (10 pm - 6 am), to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the homestay (penalty for violations), but you're welcome to light up in the designated areas – the parking lot, patio, or garden. Keeping Things Clean We will ensure a clean homestay upon your arrival and check-in fully complimentary (not included in the base price). For additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know 24 hours in advance. A nominal fee of Rs. 500 per session covers cleaning toilets and bathrooms, dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and trash disposal. A Few Friendly Reminders -While we adore pets, we kindly ask that you leave your furry companions at home for this stay. -Parties and events require prior approval and may incur additional charges. -Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and when it is possible it will be with a fee of Rs. 500 per hour. -A maximum of 6 guests (4 base guests and 2 additional guests) are permitted, with additional guests subject to a fee of Rs. 1000 per person per night. -Children under 6 stay free, while those between 6 and 12 are charged Rs. 500 per child per night. -Please remove shoes before entering the homestay. -We kindly ask that you report any appliance malfunctions to us immediately, rather than attempting repairs yourself. -The washer-dryer is available for your use, but please remember to use detergent suitable for top-load machines. Any damage caused by improper detergent usage will be your responsibility. -The TVs offer access to various streaming platforms like Netflix and Prime Video.
