Grandma‘s cottage (1250 sq ft) with some modern necessities and upgrades! Welcome to “The Ridge.” Enjoy a large creek a two minute walk away. Minutes to Houghton college. Letchworth State Park 21 min🏔️ 11 min Rushford Lake, there is public beach. 15 min to Arcade . We are Dog friendly! We always aim for five star service 🙂 I do ask that you list the number of guests .And if it’s one, it’s 1 and if it’s six it’s 6 🙃. P.S. We have 16 new ducklings! 🦆 The space The property is located along a large Creek and is extremely peaceful. I have have 6 acres and there are a few little walking trails that go up the hill with a little bit of a view. Guest access There is a lock box/self check in Other things to note The home started out years and years ago as an Amish schoolhouse and was converted into a home. With electric water bathroom and regular household amenities. An addition was added, but the original floor is still in the living room and most of the structure.
