Welcome to our centrally located beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bath Bear Lake condo, located right in the heart of Garden City! Our condo is fully furnished with 1 king bed and master bathroom, 1 queen bed, four twin beds in the third room with a shared full bathroom and two living room areas with couches. With parking for three vehicles, and accommodations for up to ten guests, your ease and relaxation are assured. Located within walking distance to shops, eateries, and the shores of Bear Lake. The space Our condo is nestled within The Seasons Townhomes on Seasons Lane in the heart of Garden City. You'll be within walking distance of a full-service grocery store (deli, bakery, liquor store, and a great assortment of groceries, meats, and produce), as well as several restaurants and shops that gives you the small-town feel. Two-car Garage: You'll be able to park one vehicle inside our double garage, plus two more vehicles in front of the garage. Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser, and a dishwasher. Living Room: Right off the kitchen is a gathering space with two comfy sofas. We have a wall attached dining table and chairs as well as additional chairs under the island. Half Bath: Adjacent to the main level living space across from the kitchen is a handy half bath. Family Room: At the top of the stairs is a cozy gathering space with a big sectional sofa and a Smart TV, where guests can log in with their own streaming platforms. We encourage guests to make sure they log off prior to departing. Master Bedroom: This bedroom boasts a king-size bed with extra pillows and a closet and hangers for your clothing. Master Bathroom: A full, en-suite bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and has a tub/shower with double sinks. The bathroom is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bedroom Two: This bedroom contains a queen-size bed and closet. Bedroom Three: This bedroom contains two twin size bunk-beds, which is a great place for the kids to sleep. Additional Bathroom and Laundry: Just down the hall from the family room is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's also a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets for all guests. Patio: Outside the front door is a small patio and a grassy area that faces Bear Lake to enjoy those beautiful Bear Lake sunrises. Additional Parking: Approximately 200ft away is additional first come first serve unsecured parking for boats and larger trailers. This is available for guests of the Seasons Condos only.
