Guest access The entire space is available for guest access. 4 cars driveway and street parking are also available Please be aware that there is a separate, small dwelling (a "tiny house" or "cottage") located on the back portion of the property. This home is occupied by a quiet, long-term tenant who is completely separate from your rental space. We ask that all guests respect the tenant's privacy and space, and they will, in turn, respect yours. Your main rental unit, designated parking, and specific outdoor areas remain exclusively for your use. Other things to note Non-refundable pet fee $185/pet. Two pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. - Cleaning fee for more than 30 days stay will be adjusted accordingly - No third-party booking. - Parties and events may be allowed upon host approval. - DO NOT move any furniture - Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed. - No smoking allowed on the property. - Fireplace is NOT for guest use. - All doors must remain closed at all times to keep the room temperature. - Please respect the noise curfew after 09:00 PM. - Please supervise your kids at all times. - Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. - No illegal substances/ activities /weapons allowed on the property. - Maximum parking of 6 vehicles. 4 on driveway, 2 on street - Trash pickup days are Mondays/Thursdays. **TRASH DUTY:** - Guests staying Sunday/Wednesday night must pull out trash & recycle bins to the front curb of the house for Monday/Thursday collection. Non-compliance incurs a $75 Swimming pool rules: -No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children and inexperienced swimmers must be supervised by adults. -No Glass Containers: Use plastic or non-breakable containers near the pool area. -Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with pool emergency procedures and safety equipment. ***Reminder please follow and respect our rule, We as a host are not responsible for any liability incidents. We have exterior cameras that may be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to **Firearms Disclosure Policy** For the safety and compliance of all guests and our insurance policy, we kindly request that you disclose if you will be carrying or storing any firearms during your stay.
