The space After renovating and starting one of the most successful short term rentals in Sylvan Lake (now called the Sylvan Lake A-Frame if you search for it online or find it on Insta) we sold that cabin to move to an acreage. Now we are sharing this special place as well! Our newly renovated home sits on a 10 acre parcel and a has a large common kitchen/dining/living area with big windows onto the back deck and beautiful trees. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, plus an office/den that is converted into another bedroom. One Bedroom has a queen, one has a full, and the other two rooms have bunk beds. There is a wood fireplace, air conditioning, starlink internet, a hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to play outside. This is our little hobby farm where we have chickens, a small scale flower farm, and occasionally have golden retriever puppies as well! The house is about 5 minutes from Sylvan Lake and there is plenty of space for your boat trailer or toy hauler - or just space to have a quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches. Please note that while the house and front few acres are all available, there is a second approach that leads down to our barn and out buildings where our family stays as we are renovating the barn to be our new home. It is not visible from the house. Friendly dogs are welcome but we have our golden retrievers out back and there are a few cats that hang around the property as well! Guest access The house is yours to settle in to and we have an electronic door code. Also as previously mentioned, there is a second approach that leads to the back of the property where our family will be staying which is a fair distance away and not visible from the house.
