The cottage is fully equipped for all your needs! Complimentary island wine for your arrival! The space The beach loft features two loft bedrooms that walk out to a beautiful view of the ocean. The kids can have fun together in the bunk bed room featuring two double beds under two twin beds. The second loft bedroom features a queen sized bed! There is space in loft to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the view from inside! Downstairs features a spacious living area with a dedicated workspace, large seating area with a smart TV and propane fireplace. Bathroom number one features a full enclosed shower and tub. The living room opens into the dining and modern kitchen area. The dining table comfortably fits 8! The kitchen features all modern amenities. Your downstairs bedroom features a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower and large vanity area. Your outside area includes a bonfire pit, large open deck to soak up the sun and a large screened in porch with epic views of the ocean and confederation bridge! Perfect for sitting out in the evening and if you are chilly the propane fireplace is inside the space. Of course a bbque for summer cooking on deck! Guest access Guests have access to the entire beach, cottage and walk around the subdivision, excellent area for kids to bike. We also have a beautiful walking trail in our neighbouring subdivision. Please ask us if you would like directions to it, only minutes away! Other things to note We are 10 minutes from Borden and confederation bridge. Cerettis grocery in Borden has all your bbque and grocery needs. Gateway village with the famous Cows icecream and the Loan Oak Brew pub and restaurant. Victoria by the Sea is a short 10 minute drive.
