A kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary to prepare any dish Guest access Through the neighbourhood you can move walking quietly, if you have a vehicle, we give you a control for covered parking, if you have a visitor, there is an outdoor parking lot that you can use. Other things to note - ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on each guest's usage during their stay. The energy system is prepaid, with an average cost of 20 Dominican pesos per kW. The meter is taken upon arrival and departure, so you only pay for what you consume.
