We are perfectly situated across the lane from the resort pool, hot tub, tiki bar and restaurant. Live music on weekends adds to the fun island atmosphere. Our villa is professionally cleaned and fully-stocked including bed and bath linens. If you are looking for an island vacation close to home, you've found it here! The space Our sunny yellow living room has vaulted ceilings and fan, a/c, plantation blinds, a 55" flat screen tv with vcr (some movies provided) and DirecTV. The entire villa has new LVT floors throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, toaster, can opener, Keurig, 2-burner cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. There is custom brightly colored tile on the snack bar and countertop. Our dining table seats four and has a custom acrylic top with "Pete the Party Parrot" our villa mascot, reminding you that its "5-o'clock Somewhere!" The bathroom has a full tub/shower combo and bath linens are provided. The primary "flamingo" bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen tv w/vcr, a/c and luggage stands. The "flip flop" loft bedroom has a king size bed. The "pineapple" loft bedroom has a double bed. We provide linens and bedding for all bedrooms. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy the island breeze, grill and serve dinner at the table that seats six or just hang out, play cards or enjoy the music that floats over from the resort area. Wifi is being installed in May 2024. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa and will be the only guests. Other things to note Check-in and Check-out times are approximate and can be adjusted according to the ferry schedule. These times can be determined upon booking. There is one parking space in front of our villa. It is not reserved, but is usually avaialble. There are two free parking lots adjacent to our villa that can be used if someone is in the parked in front of our villa. The resort amenities (pool, hot tub) are included in your stay @ no extra charge.
