The space Master bedroom- upstairs includes a king bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a table, chair, smart tv, Bathroom en-suite with tub and basic toiletries provided Closet is kept locked Guest bedroom- downstairs includes a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a chair, smart tv (swivels), table, washer and dryer, iron & board Extra room- downstairs includes full sized futon, artists desk, small library Main living area- main floor includes mudroom, living room with a couch (sofa bed), ottoman, 2 swivel chairs and a table, coffee table, wood stove, smart tv Dining room and kitchen- main floor includes table with 4 chairs + 2 extra stools, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee and tea bar, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, spices, oils, condiments in fridge, brita water filter, propane grill outside Half bathroom on main floor Guest access The entire condo is available for use, with the exception of a few closets we keep locked off. I allow more than 6 guests only upon my approval and an additional fee. Other things to note There are 2 parking spots available in front of the condo with an additional parking lot available if needed. There is a bench in front of the condo as well as a shared picnic table available for use. This is a 3 level condo. There are 12 units total in this condo building. Therefore it is quaint, quiet and peaceful.
