Summit View Guest House

Nestled away from the all the hustle and bustle yet conveniently close to everything. Here at Summit View is like your own little oasis 10 minutes from town. Our space is a rustic themed guesthouse retreat located above our detached garage overlooking the shared pool, patio and outdoor kitchen/ bbq area. In the early mornings and afternoons you may spot deer grazing in the backyard. Summit View is pet friendly! We have 2 small dogs Penny & Merle. Both are friendly and play together outside. The space Sleeps 6. Queen bed in bedroom with door. (Sleeps 2) Queen sleeper sofa in living area. (Sleeps 2) Twin trundle daybed sofa. (Sleeps 2) Guest access Guesthouse, pool, back patio area. Other things to note Additional guest fees $10 per guest over 2 are for adults 18 and over.
