The agreement includes: * Check-in instructions * Check-out procedures * House rules * City requirements * Helpful information to ensure an enjoyable stay --- Security: For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed facing: * Driveway * Front entrance * Backyard perimeter There are no cameras inside the home. --- Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes: * Cigarettes * Cigars * Vaping * Marijuana * Illegal drugs Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $500 minimum fine, plus any additional costs required for smoke remediation. --- Compliance with City Regulations: Guests are responsible for following all city regulations during their stay. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Hot Tub, and backyard, are off-limits during these times. *Min age 25. *NO SMOKING is allowed inside and outside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and loss of security deposit. *Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours.
