Other things to note The space is new and equipped with quality amenities. Like many apartments in Addis Ababa, we occasionally experience electricity issues. To address this, we have heavily invested in an inverter and battery system. This system stores power, charges automatically, and provides electricity seamlessly during power outages, offering a significant advantage in Addis Ababa. In regards to water, we have installed a new on-demand pump with 1000 liters of water to use during a water shortage. Those barrels will be refilled continuously during your stay. On demand, the pump will distribute water to the shower, faucet, etc we are trying our best to solve our previous issues with water.
