Guest access After passing the entrance gate (shared with a neighbor) you access a small common courtyard to store bicycles, strollers, scooters... An external staircase located on the right provides access to the accommodation on the 1st floor. You have access to all the spaces within this accommodation which is adjoining that of the owners (the locked connecting door is located to the left of the sofa). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (outdoor staircase to access the accommodation + staircase in the accommodation to access the night area). You can access the apartment by car to unload but it is not possible to park at the bottom of the accommodation (narrow alley).
