High speed internet and Roku TV ready for your streaming services. Both bedrooms have work desks. Many starter essentials. Check In Monday - Saturday 4pm. Check In Sundays is 6pm. The space You will have the entire two bedroom, one bath ranch home to yourself. The newly renovated kitchen is set up and ready for you to make all your meals. We will even get you started with a few amenities like a few coffee pods for the Keurig, salt & pepper, dish soaps, etc… Table seating for 4. We do not supply coffee and filters. We'll get you started with a few paper products and a few dishwasher pods. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser, night stands with USB ports/Outlets, and a work desk with USB ports/Outlets. Head out the sliding glass door to enjoy the outside on the deck. Please use the suitcase stands provided to help us keep our bed linens clean. The second bedroom has twin over twin bunk beds with stairs, super comfortable memory foam mattresses, closet, dresser, night stand with USB ports/Outlets, and a work desk with USB ports/Outlets. The family room has a Roku TV ready for your streaming services. Roku TV itself has 100’s of free channels and live TV. The couch is also a sofa sleeper for two. Books and games are available for you to enjoy. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks, tub/shower, hair dryer, starter soaps & conditioners, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Thank you for bringing your own wash cloths/towels for makeup removal. We supply a few starter essentials like toilet paper and facial tissue . The laundry area is downstairs. Washer and dryer, ironing station, folding table, drying rack, two laundry baskets, and a few Tide pods to get you started. Enjoy the outside either on the covered front porch with chairs or the back deck with dining table and chairs. Free parking in the driveway and two spaces in front of house on the street. Please observe city ordinance of Odd/Even street parking when we have 2 or more inches of snow. Garage is available for monthly stays. Check In Monday - Saturday is 4pm. Check In Sundays is 6pm.
