This house has 2 bedrms on the top level & 2.5 bathrms. A big room downstairs has ping pong table & couch. There is small gym room too w/ massage chair overlooking mountains. The home is very modern & artfully done & sits on 1/2 acre + land. We do have precious art pieces around house & which makes it very pet & children unfriendly. Since it is our home, we expect professionals who treat our home w/ utter respect. The space We tore down four bedrooms on this level and made two big comfortable rooms w/ en-suite bathrooms. We are open to rent both rooms to max of couple or one room to a single professional. Price for single can be discussed. Guest access If guests book the whole house then , guests have access to the whole house except for a studio unit that is attached to a house and has its own entrance. In the bottom level. Price do not include that. Other things to note There is a studio unit on the bottom level of house that has its own entrance and is separate from rest of house. It is currently partially occupied by a scientist who is here for only for a week every other third week and works at CU all day & is home only to crash. You don’t share any space except building like condos or apartments. If you require only you to be in the building that can be discussed and we are open for that too.
