Located in San Francisco Bay; Studio for 4 people maximum, it is part of a community of condominiums with beach and pool; next to Estero El Soldado, beautiful protected natural area, mangroves, flora and fauna. With 1 double bed and sofa bed, living room, smart TV, full kitchen, refrigerator, charcoal grill, coffee maker, pets welcome (3+ nights U$30 cost). The condo is not on the beachfront but is less than a minute's walk away The space GENERAL RULES OF THE CONDO AND COMPLEX: 1.- No visitors allowed at any time 2.- No extras allowed (only 4 including children over 1 year old) 3.- The condo is NOT oceanfront but is only steps away from the beach 4.- The condo has an empty water jug (sold at reception or before arriving at the Ley store) 5.- Bed linen for the main bed and daybed according to the number of people reported in the reservation 6.- The kitchen only has basic utensils and appliances as well as salt, pepper, dish soap and matches for the stove 7.- Take the trash out to the common containers located in various areas of the complex upon departure 8.- Leave the dishes washed when you leave 9.- Pets welcome ONLY for stays of 3 nights or more, maximum two pets, cost of 30 dollars per pet per stay 10.- Do not allow pets to climb on beds, armchairs, etc. and/or use sheets, blankets, towels, etc. An extra 300 pesos will be charged for additional cleaning 11.- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. No scandals or loud music are allowed in any area of the complex or inside the condominium. A fine of 1,000 pesos is charged for the 2nd call from the guard 12.- Lost or damaged towels are charged 200 pesos each 13.- Check out strictly at 12:00 p.m. 14.- The pool is at ambient temperature, it is not heated 15.- Only 1 vehicle is allowed per stay Guest access At the guard booth, mention your name and they will give you directions for your entrance to the condominium and give you the key
