It is a second floor by stairs. The marble staircase is spacious and original from the 19th century. We opted for an eclectic decoration, mixing mid-century modern with contemporary and functionary design. You will enjoy an original pair of "Florence Knoll” sofas or lie down on a Le Corbusier Lounge Chair. Pieces of art are all over the place, from local and foreign artists. The beds are very comfortable with high density mattress and can be prepared in king or single size. The kitchen has all the necessary elements for cooking: coffee maker, electric jug, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is a Bose music system that allows you to charge the phone while listening to your favorite playlist. The studio, 55 m2/600 sq.ft, is spacious allowing areas to be well defined. Guest access On the top floor there is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer for common use. From there you can access the roof terrace where there is a barbecue that guests can use to prepare a traditional "asado". From the roof terrace you have a spectacular view of the Montevideo Bay, the Customs Building and the Cerro de Montevideo with its fortress.
