Our stylish Annexe is the perfect place to stay in the midst of the stunning Sussex countryside. Beautifully decorated but designed to be luxuriously comfortable, we think you will feel right at home. The space Conveniently situated just under a mile from Billingshurst Railway Station with a London mainline service which will get you to Victoria in just over an hour. The Annexe is an ideal location to explore wonderful West Sussex with its many attractions. The seaside town of Brighton is approx. 20 miles away, Worthing 17 miles and Chichester 20 miles. The delightful and historic village of Petworth is just 9 miles away and the market town of Horsham just 7 miles away. Close to Gatwick Airport the property is either a train or taxi ride away. There are many local vineyards in the area including Nyetimber, Nutbourne, Kinsbrook and Wiston to name but a few. This makes The Annexe an excellent base if you want to tour local wine makers fast gaining a reputation for producing excellent sparkling wine. Attached to the main house The Annexe is a self contained two bedroom property with a large sitting room/dinning room, large spacious workspace, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar seating area for two and its own separate utility room. Downstairs there is also a bright WC and a sunroom which leads out onto your own private area of decking, with a table and chairs for eating alfresco. Upstairs there is a Master Suite with a Kingsize Bed with walk in wardrobe and its very own private balcony over looking the garden. The room benefits from a very spacious en-suite bathroom. This offers a full size bath and separate shower and heated towel rails. Bedroom two is also very spacious and you can choose from one huge Superking Bed or two single beds. A shower room with WC and heated towel rail is situated right next door to this room. Guest access You will have the sole use of The Annexe , with its own private entrance, during your stay. Parking is available for up to 2 cars on the private gated driveway to the main house. You will also enjoy your own decking area to the rear of the property. The grassed garden area to the rear of the property is a private area for the main house. Please note there is a swimming pool and tennis court within the garden to the rear which is private to the main house. Other things to note Please contact us for single occupancy rates at The Annexe. We have a very friendly, elderly labradoodle who lives with us in the main house. Whilst she is impeccably behaved she may like to say hello if you are on the terrace. Most people love her and she is well trained not to venture into The Annexe, however should you have a severe allergy to or fear dogs you would need to let us know. Please note there is a swimming pool and tennis court at the property not open to guests. There is parking for two cars and guests are asked to park on the gravel area at the top of the parking area and not block the entrance to the garages. If you are travelling to and from Gatwick or any other destination and require a reliable taxi company please let us know. Additional charges apply - £50 cleaning fee, £50 fee per dog. Breed of dog must be agreed in advance.
