Situated on a leafy, award-winning block in Bed-Stuy’s Stuyvesant Heights—recognized by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden as one of the Greenest Blocks in Brooklyn—you’ll have your own clean, private apartment with a full kitchen, dining and living area, spacious bedroom, newly renovated marble-floored bathroom and laundry room, with a serene outdoor space. The space This is an owner-managed listing of a classic two-family brownstone designed as a triplex over a garden apartment. We live on the upper floors and the garden-level apartment —which is usually reserved for visiting family—is made available to guests when we’re not hosting them. The space has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its old-world charm, with recent renovations adding all the comforts of modern living. Furnishings and amenities are carefully chosen and well maintained, ensuring the apartment is as clean, comfortable, and welcoming for guests as it is for our own friends and family. We share our home with Ruthie, our sweet old dog, who enjoys brief visits to the backyard a couple of times a day to sniff the morning and evening air. You might see or hear her, but we’re very considerate of our guests’ privacy and always mindful of making your stay peaceful. Guest access Private guest entrance from the front stoop. The outdoor garden has three areas: a guest patio, shared garden area, and our private deck off the parlor floor. The guest patio, which opens into the shared garden, has its own table and chairs for your exclusive use so you can enjoy your morning coffee among the plants in peace. The outdoor space is shared with us, though we always check in beforehand if we plan to spend time there. Other things to note Currently only available for stays of 30 days or more because of New York laws. We accept bookings for up to two people and all guests need to be included on the reservation in advance.
