The space Anirose Paradise is on the Hills of Top Base, Gbawe in the environs of McCarthy Hill in Accra located by GPS code GS-0073-4907 which offers occupants the aerial view of some parts of Accra. Anirose Paradise, a modern house has the first (1st) and second (2nd) flats for short to medium term renting. Please note that the premises are NON -SMOKING /SMOKE FREE. The second (2nd) flat, like a penthouse (19ft x 17 ft or 5.6 m x 5.2) , is furnished for leisuring, receiving visitors and hanging out by occupants while enjoying the aerial views of some part of Accra and breeze from the sea nearby. The first (1st) flat has two (2) self-contained flats with spacious rooms described below. • First (1st) flat self-contained, has 2 bedrooms ( 23 ft x 22.5 ft or 7.0 m x 6.9 m and 15 ft x 14 ft or 4.6 m x 4.3 m) 1 hall (22.5 ft x 23 ft or 6.9 m x 7.0 m) and porch (22.5 ft X 9.5 “or 6.9 m x 2.9 m).
