The space Entering the front door, you feast upon designer touches throughout this completely remodeled and well appointed retreat at the world famous Silverado Resort. Large great room with soaring ceilings, beautifully furnished and coordinated with every detail attended to. Lovely upscale white marble kitchen opens to inviting dining area, and welcoming seating arrangement complete with large flat screen tv, builtin desk area, and fireplace. The added bonus of indoor/outdoor living is accessed by large windows that slide open to a back patio facing the expansive greens and fairways of the north championship course at Silverado. Both bedrooms have adjoining updated bathrooms and their own patios. The Master bedroom is spacious with high ceilings and a king size bed, also with peaceful golf course views.. The second guest bedroom has 2 full size beds , and it's own side patio. A private patio entrance leads you to front door of this private end unit which includes it's own carport. Shaded parking lot is across the street. Area swimming pool within complex, is very close by and accessible for guests to use. Silverado facilities are a short walk away to include the main Mansion House with both indoor and patio bar dining, and the latest addition of Thomas Keller's Ad Lib restaurant. The Grill restaurant and bar, and the Pro shop are open to the public in the adjoining building. The Spa at Silverado is across the street and also open to the public. All are within walking distance from our condo. Guest access For the use of my guests: Large area swimming pool is steps away from condo with towel service, restrooms, ample space and pool furniture, in a open gated setting. The restaurants, The Grill, the Bar inside the Main Mansion House, the new Market at resort entrance--all open to the public. The Silverado spa across the street is open to the public. When booking a treatment you will have use of their facilities for the day-- fitness room, classes, hot tubs, lap pool, bocce ball courts. If not booking a treatment facilities are available for use with a $50 day fee. NOT for the use of my guests: The golf course, tennis courts and main swimming pool. These are for country club members and the hotel guests of Silverado only. Other things to note Silverado resort is both a hotel and a country club. Facilities such as golf course, tennis courts and main swimming pool are only for Silverado country club members and their guests (if member accompanies guest). As my guest you will have access to the ,lovely area swimming pool near the condo which has towel service, restrooms, vending machine, plenty of patio furniture and umbrellas. The Silverado Spa across the street on Atlas Peak Rd is open to the public. When booking a spa treatment, use of their facilities is included for the day ( spa facilities include: large state of the art fitness room, outdoor lap pool/jacuzzi, indoor steam rooms, jacuzzi, etc). Otherwise there is a $50 day fee for use of spa facilities.
