For fitness enthusiasts, the lower level includes a gym area with a weights station, treadmill, and rowing machine. Additional luxuries include a second living area, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor entertainment space, ensuring every moment of your stay is unforgettable. Other things to note * **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a housespecifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel. * **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you. * **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties. * **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival.
